These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Look Good Feel Great Nutrition services and website.
By booking a consultation or using our services, you agree
to these terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide:
- Free
initial nutrition consultation
- Personalised
nutrition advice and meal planning
- Ongoing
nutrition support including check-ins and adjustments, email support and progress tracking.
What we are NOT:
- We
are not doctors or registered dietitians
- Our
advice does not replace medical advice
- We
do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions
3. Qualifications
Level 5 Nutritional Adviser Diploma - awarded by Active Health Group
Registered Member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners
4. Booking and Consultations

consultations are 20 minutes and conducted online or by phone

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and are committed to providing you with the best possible service. To ensure we can serve all clients effectively, please note the following policy :
Cancellations

- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment

Cancellations can be made by phone, email, or text message
-
Appointments cancelled with adequate notice will not be charged
Late Cancellations

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of session fee
No- Shows
-
- If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee
-
This applies to in-person, phone, and video consultations
Late Arrivals

- Please arrive on time for in-person appointments or be ready at the scheduled time for phone/video sessions

Sessions that start late due to client delay may need to end at the originally scheduled time
-
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show
Understanding and Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
6. Fees and Payment

services: Refer to the prices quoted on the Services page

One-off Consultation Session

- Refunds are available if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows

If we (LGFG) need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost
Package Programmes (6 and 12 weeks)

- Packages must be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been completed
-
Once you have attended your first session, the package becomes non-refundable
-
This includes all services provided as part of the package, including personalised meal plans
-
Unused sessions in a package are non-refundable and non-transferable after 6 months from purchase
-
In the case of extenuating circumstances (serious illness, relocation, etc.), unused sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis at our discretion
Payment Disputes

7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances

Follow
advice at your own discretion

Consult
your GP before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have
medical conditions

Not
hold us liable for outcomes if you don't follow advice or provide
inaccurate information

Nutrition advice is not medical advice. You should:

your GP before starting any new nutrition plan

Continue
taking prescribed medications unless advised otherwise by your doctor

Seek
immediate medical attention for urgent health concerns

Inform
us of any medical conditions, medications, or allergies
We are not responsible for adverse effects resulting from:

medical conditions

Failure
to disclose relevant health information

Not
seeking appropriate medical care

are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

liability is limited to the fees paid for services

12. Termination
Either party may terminate the professional relationship by
giving two weeks notice. We may terminate immediately if you:

Behave
inappropriately

to pay fees

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of services after
changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of England and Wales.
